SITUATION

Own transport:

From Amsterdam (ring road A10): exit no. S116 Volendam/Marken, follow the N247 and just past Monnickendam turn left straight across the water, over the lifting bridge. This is Lagedijk. Three hundred metres further along on the right, immediately after a tall silo, is ‘Nooitgedacht’ farmhouse.’

By public transport:

Take the bus, no. 110 or 114, from Central Station Amsterdam and get off at the Lagedijk stop.
